Gold Key TC — SMS Terms & Opt-In Workflow

This is a static, machine-readable copy of our SMS Terms for review by carriers, aggregators, and The Campaign Registry (TCR) in connection with our A2P 10DLC campaign. The interactive version is at /sms-terms.

1. Program Description

Gold Key TC operates a transactional SMS program that sends real-estate transaction file updates and account notifications to enrolled users (real-estate agents, brokers, investors, and transaction coordinators). Message types include: file status changes, e-signature requests, coordinator messages, invoices, appointment/closing reminders, and 2FA security codes. No marketing or promotional SMS is sent.

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.

2. How Users Opt In

Users opt in through one of two publicly accessible workflows. Both require the user to manually check an unchecked consent checkbox immediately below the phone-number input. No checkbox is pre-checked at any point. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Workflow A — New account signup

  1. User completes a multi-step account registration form.
  2. User enters their mobile phone number in the phone field.
  3. Directly below the phone field, an unchecked checkbox is shown.
  4. The checkbox label reads verbatim:
    "I agree to receive text messages from Gold Key TC at the phone number provided, including transaction updates, document requests, and account notifications sent via an automated system. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms."
  5. Timestamp, IP address, phone number, and the exact consent language are recorded.

Workflow B — Adding/updating a phone number in account Settings

Same pattern: user enters a phone number, then manually checks the same consent language before it saves.

Reply STOP to any Gold Key TC message to be unsubscribed immediately. A single confirmation message will be sent, and no further SMS will be delivered unless the user re-enrolls through the opt-in workflows above.

5. Supported Carriers

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. How Mobile Information Is Shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS delivery is performed by Twilio acting solely as a service provider. Mobile numbers, opt-in status, and consent records are never sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
