Gold Key TC operates an SMS program to deliver transaction updates, appointment and closing reminders, document-signing alerts, account and security notifications (including two-factor authentication codes), and customer-support replies to users who have provided their mobile number and expressly opted in.
We collect your mobile phone number when you enter it into your account profile or a form on our website (for example, during signup, in Settings, or when starting a transaction file) and affirmatively opt in by checking a consent checkbox that reads substantially:
"I agree to receive transactional and service text messages from Gold Key TC at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms."
We store a record of your consent, including timestamp, IP address, and the exact language you agreed to.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Gold Key TC does not charge you to receive SMS messages.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further SMS unless you re-enroll. For help, reply HELP or contact us at orders@goldkeytc.com or (458) 218-6141. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use a licensed communications platform (Twilio) to deliver SMS on our behalf. Twilio processes your mobile number and message content solely to transmit the message and provide delivery reporting. Your mobile number, SMS opt-in status, and consent records are never sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
We collect account information (name, email, phone), transaction information you enter into your files, billing information (processed via secure third-party payment processors), device and usage data, and communications you send us.
To operate and improve the Services, coordinate real-estate transactions on your behalf, process payments, deliver transactional communications (email and SMS), provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
We share information only as needed to deliver the Services: with transaction parties you designate (agents, brokers, title, lenders), with vetted service providers (hosting, payments, communications, analytics) bound by confidentiality, or when required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for third-party marketing.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Contact orders@goldkeytc.com to exercise these rights.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards (encryption in transit, role-based access controls, secure cloud hosting). We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal obligations.
